The environment feels a lot more relaxed than at bigger more structured companies. This makes work more pleasant and easier to deal with

I mean.... It is work. I don't know what would make it exciting, but considering its work, I would rather come here than other places

The company was stagnant for many years. Within the last 2 years or so, it feels like there has been forward momentum for internal improvement. Not all works, but its nice to see an attempt.
