Everyone is in it for themselves,telling on people for minor infractions to get more favorable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Management never recognizes everyone for thier exceptional skills,only the favored.Always ready to bring your shortcomings up to you.Equality!!! Instead of all the partially.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being non racially bias.Stop useing bullieing, intimidation, and fear to manage ,be more personal with all employees not just your favorite employees,Understanding employees have a life outside of Hoshizaki and need to be Understanding of certain situations.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Well in the last 7 years, I have had No disaplanary action in the last 9 months since new Superintendent, that manages by fear & intimidation has made sure disaplanary action was taken against me,without first,a verbal warning.
