I dont think this has been good at all because of the managers and the way they operate

Nothing is positive here so negative
What are some of the best things about your team?
That work hard together under so much pressure and abuse
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Retrain managers organize our work day hire more people stop relying on 2 or 3 people to fulfill the demand of all these orders the morale is way down so negaitive its disgusting how we are treated here
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Personally, I think this is a very abusive workplace not the work itself so much, but the management the way we are treated, like animals is very unprofessional I honestly couldn't recommend this company to anybody because it's so abusive. The morale is very negative and it's so extremely unorganize
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that they have me do more than what is needed im loyal hardworking and show up everyday managers are very abusive to us on top of that i feel like if it werent for the incentive bonus i would not beable to afford to work here its not enough to provide for my family even with the bonus
