Poor quality, upper management does not want to hear of our shortcomings and are inexperienced in DC operations.

Upper management is all about sales. Poor quality of product, part availability, lack of support for all customer support in the DC's. They are not investing in "service after the sale" personal.

No structure, management oblivious to issues in the DC. Inconsistent coaching and discipline.

Very little recognition of DC employees and their contributions to overall success of the company.

Visiting the DC's and sitting down with individual employees to express their concerns and suggestions without retaliation.

I have had exemplary reviews for 20 years and only one wage increase above the standard 3%.

Poor leadership, decreasing quality of product, understaffed corporate departments. Hire more crucial role personnel, improve quality and better communication.

Directly communicating to the DC's. There has never been an opportunity to discuss what we need to do to improve customer service or other issues pertaining to the DC's.

Poor quality of products. Poor new hires. Concise communications are rare. HR is nonexistent in the DC's. Need to improve quality. Better communication (in person) from corporate. Better corporate support to the DC's.
