over the years i have seen a decline, the company itself is not a bad place but its over objective is not realistic. This company stress ETDBW yet fails to realize that puts all the stress and accountability on its employees nothing on the customer and we in part have to work together
unfortunately, when expressed nothing gets done
communication vs expectations need to be clear and current situations need to be a factor
communication, implementing suggestions that actually work. Every department operates and functions differently so suggestions should be warranted to affect each department needs.
the few close people that have the same mind set and work ethic as i do make it feel your apart of team instead on an island
the communication and reliability of knowing that in the event a ball is dropped they are they are they to assist it getting the task at hand finished
When leadership fails your employees follow suit not to mention when you an array of various work ethic complied those that work always get devalued and those that skim by get off
my work team which as of now consist one person. My close friend and my Supervisor. Have to be say if it was not for those 3 individuals the stress of work would be all too consuming
with production and resources being an issue, short staffed it creates angry customers before i even speak to them so added to the there having to wait long periods before getting something or not being able to follow through timely creates an unpleasant exchange of dialogue.
Money is not always the driving force. With more people opting for hybrid and or working remotely coming up with some sort of option for those who are expected to work in the office would be nice. Every other month, longer hours with half days anything but we get nothing
overwhelmed love my job but the procedure set in place are crippling customer service is huge yet we provide poor customer service just based on outdated methods. We try to be a jack of all traded but is failing miserably. I love to see my unused time roll over for the next year
