this company uses to be an amazing company to work for now all the see is a $ and a profit the culture and the moral is off and not the same. things are falling apart and instead of trying to fix the problem they are putting a bandage on it a covering it up.

the moral use to very high when i first started working here people where very passionate about their job and the people you work with didn't mind helping you out now, we work with a bunch of lazy induvial who only see a paycheck and nothing more, they are lazy and don't like to be challenge

the job requires you to make production parts but not the production money and the numbers are going up

some people are really compassion about their job and will keep a smile on your face. others will make your day hard

they can pay the extra money for you to come to work on time then they should be able to pay the same wages every day with a pay increase

The atmosphere in the company has went down a lot. They are to focus on hitting the # and forgot about the people. The are to busy walking atound dry snitching on people

there is nothing positive about this company anymore the moral is horrible all they see now is numbers and the quality has gone out the door. they will hire just about anyone that need a job

You have people that come in everyday and work hard. Then you have the people that come in a do the bare miminum and thise are the one you all praise . The ones that work hard get over looked for promotions

the culture is not the same as before everyone is in a rush to get things done. the people at the top really forgot about the people at the bottom who is working trying to make sure things are correct and done in a timely manner, patience and persistence is the key

fix the moral and the understanding of our value. everyone is on edge about trying to get these units out the door, but no one is looking can it be done or what obstacles we are facing each and every day when it comes to other issues than the people that push out the work
