I previously worked there before for 12 yr and was rehired back. I thought because of my 12 years experience I would get paided more but that did not happen after two excellent reviews this company will be losing a good worker and a person that liked working there.

They are hard workers and nice people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have worked with these people for years and they are like family.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The starting pay is awful and even worse if you have experience. And the work hours are not good.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I have to be up at 3:00am because they have changed there hours in order to get to work on time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I had 12 years experience and they hired me back because I was a good worke, when I started work and proved to them that I still knew my job well when it was time for my review I reviewed excellent but did not get one dime in pay this happened twice I will not stay her.
