when we work as a team and get stuff done
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
appreciating the employees who have been here for years, and not let new employees make equal amounts of money as an employee thats been here and been dedicated to do their best
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I know there are people that do not deserve the kind of money they make and someone like me as a coordinator makes the same if not less than new coordinators or assemblers
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
im not sure, through the years they have taken all the perks and positive stuff away from employees, no longer get gift cards, turkey on thanksgiving, have to wait three to four months just to get our Christmas bonus
