THEY ARE ALWAYS THERE TO ANSWER OUR NEEDS. HOSHIZAKI IS THE BEST COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED FOR, AND IM HONERED TO BE APART OF THIS TEAM FOR 6 YEARS
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
because of the cost of living and the job i do compared to my pay rate, i would feel better if i made at least three dollars more an hour. that would make it a little bit easier to survive
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
for 8 years, I've carried responsibilities far beyond my current title, yet my role and pay remain misaligned. There is only two people in our branch, I would feel better getting recognition of what I do, resulting in an annual $13,000 pay increase & title change. Assistant manager sounds accurate.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm happy coming to work because I enjoy the roles and tasks i do for the job. With just the operations manager and I in this branch, all interaction with coworkers is through email & calls yet each and every one of them are like family and always help one another
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
MY ONLY COMPLAINT, IS I STRONGLY FEEL ALL HOSHIZAKI EMPLOYEES IN CALIFORNIA, ONE OF THE MOST EXPENSIVE STATES IN THE USA. SHOULD BE BUMPED UP IN PAY BY AN EXTRA $2 AN HOUR ON TOP OF OUR RAISE WE JUST RECEIVED. AS A PARTS COORDINATOR, I MAKE THE SAME AS MY NEICE WHO WORKS AT A CHAIN WESPONSER, INNOUT
