I appreciate that the company is responsive to employee feedback and is taking steps to create a more supportive and productive work environment.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Provide better tools for managers to track productivity and inconsistencies in performance. Provide AI tools to employees. Provide clear roles and duties and make it consistent across the enterprise.

We prioritize getting the job done efficiently and effectively, and we understand the importance of delivering quality work. We value a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration to achieve our objectives.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

I believe it's important for our leadership team to have a better understanding of the staffing situation across all departments. Currently, some departments appear to be understaffed, while others seem to have a surplus of resources and an easier workload.

Our company's pay structure should be fair, transparent, and take into account the cost of living in different locations. Employees in different regions may face different challenges, and it's important that their pay is commensurate with the local market and reflects the cost of living.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Make procedures make sense for the teams that do the work. Trust employees to get the job done instead of adding more work to monitor work. Less top-down and more bottom-up. A bottom-up approach leverages the collective wisdom of the team to foster greater innovation and adaptability.
