We communicate with each other well
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management has bad attitude and I'm told to ignore it.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and listening to other employees opinions. Work to make manufacturing easier.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Well I took a pay cut because I was told after I prove myself I could go to 3rd shift. 6 months no change.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Process and procedures changed. Document control. We have a lot of inconsistencies in document forms and procedures. They need to be updated.
