Nothing comes to mind at the time
When I get to work from home
Tries harder to be more personable
I am not sure what I like best
I do not really know my leadership team
I do not have an answer
Being able to do my job.
Being able to have a hybrid work schedule
Being able to work from home
Helping others and having a great team within the dept.
Overall they are great but in my department they are lacking
The belief in our products and how we treat our customers.
I feel like I am a number and not a person
Manager is always looking to maximize benefits and includes us in options.
My group team are wonderful. they are hard workers and work as a team
Helping meet the customers' needs and working for a place that has a well-known reputation.
That I get to work from a hybrid schedule and be home three days a week.
We are very team oriented and they always have my back. I can count on my team.
My VP in my department supports me and my group and tries to always do the right thing
My manager is AMAZING but there is no cohesion with the managers in my department and everything is divided
People have no idea what i do day in and day out. My job doesn't fit into a general description.
There are perks set in place for warehouse workers and for salaried employees, but the hourly employees tend to be left out.
I do feel that the company does absorb most of our healthcare cost and for that I am so grateful. The benefits are what keeps me at Hoshizaki
My job is not fairly compared to other similar jobs. Our software is so out of date and requires 3 times the effort for work. It is horrible.
The HR Team is very Proactive and strives to make changes better every day to make our work place better. They are amazing., but my department leadership team leaves more to be desired.
While I am thankful for my job and all of the benefits it offers as I am truly blessed, hourly office employees are the least appreciated, and the least recognized for their hard work.
No one other than my direct manager knows behind the scenes what all goes into my job. Also, there is no opportunity for growth or advancement even though I am taking on more managerial duties every day.
I feel like because I am an hourly office employee that I fall through the cracks sometimes. We off manufacturing lots of perks and salaried upper employees get several perks but I feel hourly office employees are stuck in the middle.
Our software programs make our job 5 times harder than it has to be. My job is constant and very rarely is there any down time. I am consistently getting interrupted to do things for people who do not take the proper steps to do their job.
