What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They trust you to get the job done without haveing to lock over your shoulder all the time. Not a lot of micromanaging
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It nasty and filthy back in Evalvs and you can probably catch cancer around all the flux and other chemicals. It puts our life at risk and we should be getting paid more for working around such an environment. It shouldn't have to lead to a law suit latter on.
