Fair to me as an Individual. I would like to see better raises, especially to the outside DIstribution Centers that sometimes seem to be left out

Fair pay, Decent benefits and a decent retention of employees. I do see that the factory workers seem to benefit more than the Distribution Center Employees though

Annual Raises really help with inflation. It is getting harder to live on a paycheck these days. WHen looking for work I know annual salary increases was a big factor
