I am in between being happy and unhappy. I am grateful that our team have a great relationship, but improvements are needed. The hand holding of most employees needs to change. Consistency across all office employees. Communication channels to hourly employees.

I feel that the culture of the company needs to change. The hand holding of most of the employees need to change.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that my manager and I talk through situations. If I do not understand or we are not on the same page, we continue to discuss for understanding of why we have a difference of opinion and come to understanding for the best decision.
What makes you most happy at work?
Overall, my colleagues make me happy. But improvements can be done. HR is always looked at as the bad guys. All departments are not held to the same standard. Work may be different, but all departments should be held to the standards of their work getting done with sufficiency.
