Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was told taking a new position would include a raise and havent gotten that raise.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
NOT what... but WHO! Michelle is the most positive here. She is the glue that keeps up together.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love knowing what i need to do and being able to work independently to get it done!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was told I would get a raise after moving departments and still haven't received one and its been MONTHS. Management is consistently offering empty promises.
