What are some of the best things about your team?
That we can rely on each other for help and actually care about each other's wellbeing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being paid and titled for the MULTIPLE roles that I have been preforming for almost a year now. And also providing smaller warehouses with more than a skeleton crew to work with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I appreciate that there are many people throughout the company who are approachable, supportive, and willing to collaborate. Those partnerships make it easier to solve challenges, improve processes, and better support our customers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The strongest part of our team is the people who genuinely collaborate, share their knowledge, and support one another. Having coworkers, you can count on to communicate, problem-solve, and step in when needed makes all the difference.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping customers and coworkers solve problems is what makes me happiest. I enjoy being someone people can rely on, building relationships, sharing knowledge, and finding ways to improve processes that make everyone's day to day work easier.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel like there are so many leadership teams throughout all the DC's and they all seem to operate their teams differently. I appreciate that my leadership team believes in supporting personal lives and well as the work lives.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There has become a culture where employees below leadership are expected to continually take on responsibilities beyond their job descriptions without compensation reflecting those increased expectations. If expectations increase, roles and pay should evolve as well. Burnout is becoming widespread.
