I enjoyed working overnight shift. I learned most everything on overnight shift. I begged to get off of day shift. Overnight shift is done now.

Overnight shift was great. Do not look forward to coming back to all the bickering and problems of day shift.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Need to find ways to get everone in manufacturing to work together instead of all departments working against each other, blaming each other.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Get better at noticing when things are working in manufacturing and not changing things making things worse. For example: tach time. Also find some way to eliminate defects as a team rather than pointing fingers at each other.
