What are some of the best things about your team?
Office staff works better with out managment interferance .
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are sick of one person's interference in the office. She is not management and constantly creates conflict in the office.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the company has not kept up with the market by only giving us 3%. Distrubution centers are the red headed step children.
