Overall, Hoshizaki is great to work for. However, there are a small number of employees (some very senior &/or have been w/ Hoshizaki for many yrs) that are truly holding the company back. While, yes, having experience at Hoshizaki is definitely a plus, there are other ways that could be even better

Promoting David Sellers to VP of Engineering was a great decision. He is extremely bright and level-headed and, hopefully in his new position as VP he will be able contribute some much needed structure and guidance.
