Being in a positive environment makes you want to come to work everyday
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The different cultures of people. Being able to talk to different people about their cultures, backgrounds, they're upbringing etc. It's good to know where your co-workers come from.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Fabrication leadership is the best. They make sure you understand what you're doing. No one gets frustrated from you asking questions or wave you off to get rid of you. They actually care and want you to succeed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Inflation alone makes it hard to get by. Everything is increasing except our pay rate. There's jobs that gives cost of living increases in order to maintain and live comfortably. For the type of work that I do and the years of experience I have I should be making more than what I'm getting paid.
