We have a great moral but it's not always implemented

We're a team who knows how to work together even when faced with obstacles.

We work as a unit on our own. Everyone is willing to help , learn & teach

Give us raises really based on our performance not a baseline for the department. Allow people who work hard chance for asvancement not based off seniority or friend based

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Allow people who actually care about their job to be in higher positions. Not just give them a title because of their employment length with the company. We need managers & coordinators who care about their team instead of causing corruption

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication , feeling as if we're instututionalized by watching us on camera all day. Trust us to do our job daily without all the micromanaging. Train your coordinators to be suffucient as regular line workers. If we're a team we should be as one
