I came in with good knowledge of the process being in warehousing and logistics. Simply had to learn the processes within the company. I like knowing how to do several jobs in the warehouse and being a valuable asset to my team and supervisor.

I think the incentive should go away and what we make hourly, plus the incentive should be everyones base pay.

My manager and supervisor bith know how eager i am to move up and learn more, and are doing what they can to make that happen.

Being employed a little over 6 months with the knowledge I have retained, and the value and relationship that I have with the assembly line leaders and their day-to-day tasks, I feel as though a higher position or compensation would be more beneficial to myself as an employee.

I feel as if you should be paid by how much you do, not how long you have been here. Someone that has been here for 2 years, but can do, and does do, several jobs in one day, should not be valued less just because of time within the company
