Since we've changed over to the 10/4 its been very tiring. I dont have as much time for my kids. Tge pay is ok but it could be better.

That they try to keep the money and incentives coming.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because i do a lot of work on a daily basis and i know majority of the line. I need more money.
