They put me in a position to learn...always
It's inexpensive and I'm well covered
It's easy to access and use
We all believe in the importance of quality
No one is mean spirited or back stabby
We share information with each other
The Penguin Club is my favorite!!!
Open door discussion policy works well for our team
The medical benefits pricing among the best I've seen
The costs are pretty fair
Everybody is about making the best ice machines possible together
Open door policy - if I think it, I can say it
We work together and all realize the importance of making quality products
We all have one goal - making the best ice machine possible
Everyone is about the mission of providing our customers product with the best quality available
I feel that I can respectfully express my opinion or ask questions on just about any subject without worry.
All of it - the medical, dental, 401K, vacation could use a little more but who couldn't right lol
All the little events and fairs they have for the employees. A lot of companies don't do that anymore
It's like living in a small town where everyone knows what we are here for and mostly everyone is good with that
The ease at which you can use them. You have both a card and digital app to access you ID# and everything.
Besides the pay, the medical benefits are easy to access and utilize, plus they are less expensive than pretty much every job I've had other one maybe.
The different events - the team building activities, health fairs, and the workshops. Not a lot of the companies I've worked for put as much energy into that as Hoshizaki.
The opportunity they make you aware of for growth. There's free training you can get and my favorite - the mentor program. Not a lot of companies do things like that anymore.
The costs associated with the medical benefits. I have been at a few companies in my career and have to believe that our benefit package has to be one of the best around.
I like all the events that brings us together - the health fair, the townhalls, Earth Day etc all the different shirts we get. It makes it like we are a community of one
It's almost like a second family. Everyone is busy focused on getting the job done. I like seeing the people regularly even when it gets hard sometimes. We eventually get through it together.
They work with integrity. They all work honestly without trying to shortcut the process. Also nobody is trying to outshine the other or backstab. We are all focused on trying to reduce defects
The open-door policy I have with them. If time permits, all managers seem to welcome input and answer questions if they are not busy. Even then, they try to get back with you. It's reassuring knowing that I can count on them to guide me.
The open door policy where I can go to any of the managers in my chain of command and speak about work issues like we are all on the same level even though I know we are on slightly different levels. I am given good enough directions and if I have questions there is no hesitation to ask questions.
