The sense of comradery and team work
My manager genuinely cares about their employees.

The 401k contribution is great!
Their teamwork, communication, and genuine concern for each other.
Everything all the time, yay.
401k contributions are good and the safe harbor is appreciated
Their proficiency, willingness to collaborate, humility, empathy, and work ethic.
Everyone is willing to work together to achieve our common goal
I appreciate their efforts to make Hoshizaki a great place to work.
401k contribution matching is the best of any company I've worked for.
The leadership that is pushing for positive changes, cohesion, and operation functionality.
The perception of caring for people versus other companies I have worked for.
Interacting with coworkers, figuring out how to overcome the challenges of the day.
The ability to work together cohesively, overcome obstacles, and function as a well oiled machine.
They display empathy, understanding, clearly communicate, have patience, and are motivated to meet/exceed company business goals.
At most places it is easy to feel more like a number, at Hoshizaki you feel like a person.
Compensation doesn't account for cost of living differences across locations. Geographic pay adjustments and added benefits like stock options, for example, would help greatly.
My team works exceptionally well together. We are constantly striving to improve our operational excellence as well as how we communicate and collaborate with one another.
This is the first company I have worked for that seems to actually promote from within, which is exciting. There is a strong sense of team.
Open communication, inclusion, diversity, and strong teamwork are real strengths. Our coaching culture is a plus, though initiating it sooner would prevent issues and improve accountability.
Compensation adjustment based on geographical location would go a long way to fairly compensate individuals. Not to mention making it easier to hire and retain employees.
I'm motivated by the opportunity to perform and be recognized for hard work daily. Contributing to process improvements and better communication within our organization brings me great satisfaction.
The leadership needs to do a better job of communicating changes and expectations from those changes, across the board. Also, money can be saved by eliminating unnecessary travel and expensing vs actual operationally needed travel across sales/operations/executive leadership.
They treat people like human beings rather than numbers. While we have business goals that we need to work hard and strive to achieve, they still factor in humanity. This has not been the case at most companies I have worked for.
