The work is fine, some of the workers are fine its the supervisors and coordinators that are mostly more the problem than the solution. Once they get those positions its like power goes to their head and they treat you really inhumane at times, and not getting fair chance for advancement.

Getting paid enough to pay my bills and live comfortably

Learning something new everyday that I can actually use outside the workplace.

Everyone want to be better and wants to be good at their job.

They attempt to address the issues at hand whether it's business wise or personal.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Personally, I went to school before acquiring thus jib, and my education was not factored into pay and or promotion wise thus far.
