I have had a great experience within my office, however the pay scales is way too low and the upper management needs to be adjusted.

What makes you most happy at work?
I love what I do and I enjoy working with the people in my office.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Within my DC the leadership is great, but something needs to be done about the leadership in PTC.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay rate is extremely low for my area, I should be making about $7-$10 more per hour.
