the lax environment and fundamental understanding that we aren't work horses and once in a while we have to slow our workpace down

we all know how to work together to a good extent, we try to maintain a good line of contact as we work and try to cover each others backs
What do you like best about the leadership team?
my boss is an understanding person who understands the importance of being easy to work with, i've had bosses who never got to grasp that concept, i hope he gets a hefty raise this year
