This company is just average. The increase in warranty is an issue. We are making subpar products that have issues either being DOA or failure within weeks. We hardly ever have parts in stock at PSS. Our quality assurance is nonexistent. WE NEED TO FOCUS ON QUALITY INSTEAD OF SALES!!!!
We are not ETDBW! WE NEVER HAVE PARTS!
Work/Life balance and that is it, sadly.
The ability to work with co-workers with different backgrounds.
Better PAY and better PAY!!!
They actually come to work. Not all work hard though!
Nothing. We do not see it at the DC level.
We accomplish a lot and get things done even we are constantly short handed.
I see my job offered at other companies that start out at the wage I'm making after four years of service.
There is not much to be said. I think they need to be more involved regarding our quality and why we never have parts for our customers.
The company needs to look around and compare rates from other companies in the area! I have YEARS of service, and I can find a higher paying job doing less!
We are understaffed. We never have parts available for our customers. Having to tell them the same story over and over is ridiculous. LONG ETA'S! POOR QULAITY PRODUCTS!
Provide HR to the DC's at least twice a year. Quality assurance needs to be retained. We don't need a machine for every purpose on the planet. The DC's need to pay more!
My boss can learn some interpersonal skills (not joking). HR can actually listen and get back with me in appropriate time. No one wants to take the time to sit down and listen. This is the worst leadership I have experienced in all the places I have worked.
The leadership team could take the time to listen to their employees. Leadership can also provide goals to their employees and provide the guidance that is needed to reach them. I hear many people talk about how there is little to no training at this company. Which is true.
I have worked here for nearly four years. I am a little over $20/hr. This is starting pay at many companies in the area. I have brought this up to my supervisor, director and HR. I have never heard back from HR about anything I submit. HR is complete JOKE!
