My experience at the company is good, I don't feel some of the managers are the best at making sure operations are running as smoothly as they should, however I value my position and I'm grateful to be a part of the company. I have no problem with continue employment for as long as they'll have me.

higher pay, a voice/opinion on how we can work together to make day to day go more smoothly. respect for the knowledge I've gained in this type of business over the last 30 years without making me feel that my age phases me out.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to respect you when you join the team and not make you feel like your opinion doesn't matter. Some of the employees believe that only their opinion matters, and they overlook or ignore when others speak because their years of employment speak the loudest.
