Its a good company it just needs some adjustments. The benefits definitely need to be better because the medical plan is extremely hard to find providers for my self and my family. Blue cross blue shield would be the better choice. We need additional pto or work remotely 1 day a week for workblanc

the pace is extremely fast, and the workload can be overwhelming at times. To maintain quality and prevent burnout, it would be beneficial to bring on additional team members to help meet the demands.

I believe I contribute significantly in my current role, often handling responsibilities that span across three different positions. Given the scope of my workload, I feel that my current compensation does not accurately reflect the level of work I perform.

The hour commute is way to long to got to work hybrid work would be very beneficial especially for the gas prices right now. Also would be very convenient if we had a mini gym to distress or a bendy machines.

Some days to work from home so we do not have to be at work every day with toxic people. To get personal days off for appointments would be great. Cook out days to interact with other employees and let us know how much we are doing for the company. Get better raises. Get rewards for our job.
