It would be great if I actually got paid.
Challenging, fast-paced, and growing. However, it comes with a great group of leaders and coworkers.
Some actually care about you and your well-being.
Flexibility and it should be pay.
Ability to find and develop great talent and promote.
We work collaboratively and truly care about each other.
Always willing to help and direct you to the right person.
The Region leadership shows actual care for your development and personal needs, unlike other departs such as HA HR.
HAHD's leadership team takes the time to understand your skillsets, reasonably challenge them, and help promote your career path.
Willing to take a step back and help you develop and learn before committing to a task or responsibility.
Taking the initiative to find crucial structure and compliance within the department. Unfortunately, my department stays behind in recognition and compensation.
Depending on the department and leader you work with, you actually wouldn't mind coming to work with professionals that care about you.
Completing tasks and responsibilities promptly while staying complaint and having a positive outcome. To know that my superiors are dependent and trusting of my work.
My team, VP of HR, and the opportunity to grow everyday. I'm not afraid to make mistakes because I'm guided appropriately so that it does not occur again.
We are respectful to each other and make sure that each one of us is included in any activities. Even if it is just a regular conversation with our President.
I do not feel undervalued, however, with the amount of responsibilities that have been added to my plate, along with the experience and skillsets that are brought to the table, it would be fair to state that being underpaid is an understatement.
Offering a plethora of years consistent with the skillsets needed to achieve the organization's and department's goals, yet BOTH education and experience don't compensate for the work and/or favors requested. Favoritism is a huge thing, especially in HR, and those closest to the VP of HR, get paid.
