First, I would say that this is probably the best company in regards to benefits that i have ever worked. Secondly I would say that it is hard to get things fixed, replaced or purchased due to the purchasing process. Thirdly, I feel that there is a slight disconnect between exec team and Mfg team.

In regards to employees, I like that they are visible and have an open door policy.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team works well together even when one of our main team is out and others take their place, the cohesiveness is paramount. Also the Coordinators are some of the very best, helping and encouraging all the while.
