I enjoy coming to work and doing my job i really dont have anything bad to say about. I love the benefits as well and i am thankful to be apart of a company that really tries to value their employees.

its been an awesome experience im coming up on my one year and i would stay as long as i can here
What are some of the best things about your team?
Just how we are all willing to jump in and help each other if needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My department celebrates birthdays and accomplishments or our peers. I believe we do trivia night as well
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the different things they implemented. I liked the father's day gesture with the flashlights. Very thoughtful
What are some of the best things about your team?
We care about one another and we come together as a team to accomplish our task most importantly during our month end closing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They do nice things like ice cream and i do know in the warehouse they give attendance incentives which i think is cool

Doing my job i feel like im doing my part to make sure vendors get paid which gives me a sense of pride.

I love my job while i am very busy i do love what i do and i also like interacting with my teammates as well
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My role is very complex and while i am thankful for the my compensation i do feel like i should be compensated a little more
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct leadership which is Kristin White goes above and beyond for our team. Shes such a hard worker and i think it motivates our team to do the same.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I dont think the leadership realize how hard we work in AP and the number of hours and time each one of us puts in our specific roles as we each do something different.
