Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
pay rate is on the low side and I would say the 401k match could be more generous. Also, working hours could be more flexible.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
the leadership team continues to create a welcoming and positive space where an individual feels heard and safe to grow as a person. It is all about collaborating and building each other up to be the best version of oneself.
