Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

There's no job opportunity on my department, evaluations are a joke most of the times, work/life balance doesn't exist, mandatory overtime for 3 years proofs that There's no solid directions at all. This place is not bad, is just took a wrong turn somewhere down the road. The team members are great.

What makes you most happy at work?

Clocking out and Fridays off.... if we get one....

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Solid schedule changes on daily basis and lack of Fridays off...

What are some of the best things about your team?

We're the one making this happen, so yeah... we are fire here.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Be a leader, be with US on the floor, help more.... etc....

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

More rest... this way we don't hurt ourselves ( like all of this accidents with the forklifts), and be able to decompress this stress

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Fairness, Organization, Cross-training, alternate Fridays off, honesty, the word "WE" should be mandatory in our department if you're a supervisor (we are ALL team members).

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

I think we could get occasional Fridays off to connect with my peers. Ever since we started working 10 hrs we don't connect with each other.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Here on SM120 we haven't had a Friday off in almost 2 years... we're ALWAYS reminded that we have to do better but they don't see to care about all of our accomplishments.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

A better pay and making the "Incentive" a regular pay rate. We want Fridays off. We were lied to when yall came with the 10 hrs for 4 days. Just make it optional or alternate it so it will be fair.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Our department NEEDS to be organized ASAP. The way that we are running the shop is chaotic on a daily basis. We have worked every Fridays for the past 3 years (that we suppose to have Fridays off) and some Saturdays and we even have people that comes "On call" to find that Monday the lines are down.
