Geographic variance in cost of living is not mirrored by locality-based salaries. Compensation zoning would alleviate that with simple calculations.

My local leadership afford me the opportunity to engage in side projects within the bounds of the company that help improve our efficiency and also allow me to take on additional responsibilities which help our team.
