It's been lies and shadiness since I started here a year ago.

My co-workers make this place somewhat bearable.

Youre no micromanaged or pressured

Better pay and more communication.

Communication, providing us with some sort of leadership, performance reviews

Communication, stop telling us what they think we want to hear. Start treating us like people versus pawns.

Again, pay us better. Treat us like humans and not pawns in a game of chess you can just play with at will.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Theres a lot to this position and honestly in todays climate the bourly rate I receive i would never be able to live on my own
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This position is grossly underpaid for the demographic location we're in. If I didn't have savings I couldn't even afford a studio apartment on the pittance you pay us.

My position is grossly underpaid for the amount of work we do and the cost of living where we are. The pay is a joke and when talked about it falls on deaf ears or is ignored entirely.
