What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company is fine. Some departments seem to need more training.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Seems like I do more of the grunt work because operators in the department are not trained well enough to perform tasks confidently. Seems like efforts to train or assist are taken for granted. The pay increases seem really small for the level of effort being put forth.
