Experience has been mostly positive, too political at times. Certain employees are permitted to run free and disrupt daily manufacturing whenever they desire. Several departments do not support the others, they "police" other departments and offer no constructive support.

I have been with the company for six months; experience has been good. The company is more politically driven that anticipated, but manageable.

Team environment, the team in Griffin feels they all win or lose as a team. Departments are not compartmentalized, the plant is one, not individual departments.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The majority of the leadership team is open to suggestions and listen well. Others are closed minded and feel their way is the only way. Two very different extremes.
