I, have really grown to love the company. I like the fact of on site heath care. Wish it was easier to get in without hurting production. I enjoy the people i meet and work with and or teach along the way.

The people, the benifits and lunch deals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I, like the fact that my opion matters. And that i can work with my supervisor to achevie the defined goals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I, do not feel undervalued. I feel very thankful for my positon and enjoy my work. I feel that better communication would enhance the facility.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I, enjoy the culturs and the differnt people that I have the abilty to work with and learn from. Even if their is a langue barrier
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The abilty to move up and teach others things that have made me into the worker I am. And helping the younger generation learn work ethics.
