The collaboration to ensure quality while getting orders out in a timely fashion. This ensures less mistakes and happier customers
What makes you most happy at work?
That there is a lot of work to do that is time sensitive, yet the environment doesn't feel like chaos. The people in my building are very supportive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are supportive, understanding and knowledgeable. I appreciate that their goals are so aligned with my own skill set and I feel like I am ramping up after being here for almost a month.
