What is the best part about your compensation package?

The insurance, obviously. However, I'm still unable to use health benefits to buy groceries for my kid, ironically, as starvation doesn't equate to a medical condition according to insurance providers.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Depends on the employee; some just need to grow up. Many can't speak English and it creates a serious problem with communication with directly affects quality and safety concerns throughout the plant.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Only hire American workers. Promotions based on merit. If the company elects to shut down manufacturing under the guise of balancing inventory and production, employees should receive their hourly rate for that day as they are not choosing to abstain from work but are being forced out of work.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Manufacturing has slowed to a crawl, and we're hearing that production is being sent to Central America to take advantage of cheaper wages. People are wondering whether or not they'll have a job in six months, and all this after we spent near all of 2025 working 50 hours a week

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Investing in their employees and giving them clear assurance that there is a stable position for them with the company. When we hear of production being sent over the border to take advantage of cheaper labor costs and we're left wondering if we'll even have a forty-hour work week doesn't bode well.
