What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They lack empathy, that is, putting themselves in the shoes of others and that they value the effort we make to achieve the objectives, or perhaps a thank you for your effort!!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because my responsibilities have grown but my compensation has not reflected that growth. A salary review based on the current market and the results I have delivered would make me feel better.
