Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Overall I have enjoyed my time at Hoshizaki. My only suggestion would be allowing us to have a hybrid work schedule. Commuting to work everyday can lead to burn out. Having a hybrid schedule would help with work-life balance and retention.
