Overall, I have had a positive experience. The mountains tend to be higher than the valleys are low. I wish we had a more modern environment and a stronger employee engagement program.

The culture is a work in progress. Hoshizaki is trying to modernize but hasn't lived up to the expectations of younger generations.

A higher base salary that reflects the market wage for my role would go a long way toward making me feel more valued.

Our Executive Leadership Team is the most positive aspect of our culture. We could improve on general office feel and our lower level managers leadership ability.

Our leadership team is actively engaged with their people and is very relatable. They seem to truly care about me as a person, not just an employee.
