The changes that have taken place over the years have created hostilities and lack of true teamwork. Saying quality is number one and do what ever you have to do to get the machines out the door send the wrong message to all

Most go above and beyond to work through the current challenges be it part shortages oe people shortages

The culture is broken into different departments and at times creates a competitiveness to be the best department.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
People can only be treated as mindless robots for so long. Most want to be involved and improve going forward but the vocal lack of compassion and degrading undertones and favoritism needs to stop.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Executive leadership has not listened to the people doing the work. We are currently in a situation that could have been way more easy and beneficial to Hoshizaki had the improvements and ideas were not stifled prior
