The most positive aspect of my working environment is that my co-workers are always looking for ways to improve customer service. Unfortunately corporate direction does not always follow.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like my vacation I have accrued. Mileage program being the same nationwide really isn't fair when some pay $2.50 a gallon for gas and some pay $5.00 a gallon for gas. Should be done by region.
