There is still a long way to go in regards to culture, especially on employee recognition, which leads to talent retention.

HA has a bonus and I like the medical insurance. Compensation it self could be better, as well as PTO and flexibility to work from home

While lately there has been some disruption of a positive and collaborative environment, I still enjoy working for and with most of the leadership team, who are leaders that support and empower me as a person and as an employee.
